Our social secretaries have been busy organising the Christmas party which will be on Saturday 3rd December 7pm at The Bowling Green pub in Chorlton. Fancy dress theme is ‘Disco through the decades’. If you want to come it’s £8.50 a ticket (message Katie B and transfer money to club account or cash to Charlotte D) and plus ones are welcome. There will be food, quizzing, a naffle and dancing. A naffle is a naff raffle so if you want to bring any unwanted gifts some lucky Mosser could win it, please bring cash to buy tickets.

There’s nothing like good food to bring people together. The pizza oven was fired up in September for an afternoon or build-your-own pizzas which was great fun. Bake off didn’t disappoint either with prizes going to Dylan, Julie, Mel S and Lucy, not forgetting Lily for best dressed. Big thank you to Mich for hosting both at the allotment.

The next social event on the calendar is a hike on 20th November, for those of you not playing in the cup game. Details on WhatsApp coming soon.

New playing kit is due to arrive soon, if you have ordered kit make sure you settle your bill with Amy B when you receive it. Also a second order of off field stuff should arrive before Christmas too.

Last training before Christmas is 13th December Christmas fancy dress encouraged.
First training in the new year is 10th January.
